Weather Impact Update by Region

This document will be updated regularly until all operations have returned to normal. We encourage you to also check directly with your Port and Rail terminal operators for updated service alerts, closings, and openings. We appreciate your understanding and partnership during this time.
Note: All areas below are affected by extreme cold and ice. Trucks and chassis use air brakes which contain water and can freeze. Equipment issues are slowing operations in all areas.
Gulf Region
Normal operations at each terminal. We will not be able to make northbound deliveries into Dallas from Houston. New Orleans and Mobile will have limited ability to travel north as driver safety allows. .
Midwest Region
Open today
North Atlantic
Baltimore – Closed. No trucks moving today.
New York – Roughly 50% of trucks will be moving today.
Philadelphia – Very limited number of drivers working today due to hazardous road conditions.
Ohio Valley
Cleveland – IMC’s terminal is open today. We expect roughly half of our drivers to begin working today as road conditions allow.
Columbus – Operational Center fully operational. Roughly 40% of drivers will be able to begin working today as road conditions allow.
Cincinnati – IMC’s terminal is open. We expect to have roughly half of our drivers beginning to work today.
Louisville – Terminal is snowed in. Trucks are attempting to dig out, but yard is still at a standstill.
Marysville – Roughly 75% of our fleet will be able to begin work today.
South Atlantic
Atlanta – Open. We are dispatching everything except Tennessee freight.
Charlotte – Open
Charleston – Open
Greensboro – Roads are hazardous. Drivers will not be working today.
Greer – Late opening at 10:00. A limited number of trucks will run in selective areas. We will not be able to travel north.
Jacksonville – Open
Norfolk – Open and able to run local freight.
Savannah – Open
Southeast
Dallas – Many drivers will begin working today between 10:00-12:00. Operational centers will open at the same time.
Memphis – We will not have trucks on the road today. We were able to have the main road of the Memphis Operational Center plowed yesterday, and that work will continue today. The Memphis operational center will open.
Nashville – All facilities are closed today. Teams are working remotely to support customers and operations.
Huntsville – Open and working
